The Associate Manager for Campaign Management will be handling end-to-end campaigns from conceptualization to execution. The role will be working on multiple projects and working with different departments.
The role will be reporting to the Marketing Director and will be based on BGC, Taguig City.
Lead the Campaigns team in the strategy, conceptualization, development and execution of a series of integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive engagement and achieve sales targets while ensuring proper delegation of projects
Plan the online and offline marketing campaign calendar based on major events, trends / themes, seasonality, merchandise mix and key business objectives
Manage overall day-to-day operational campaign management, ensuring all campaigns are delivered effectively and on time and properly distributed across all marketing channels
Work with Commercial, Planning, Analytics and Revenue teams to plan, execute and ensure the profitability of tactical campaigns and efficient category management
Understand and utilize various analytics, reports, and platforms to achieve daily objectives, and to analyze and optimize campaign performance
Work with onsite and design teams to develop conceptual user journeys and landing pages across campaigns, with respect to customer experience
Write copy and provide the creative brief to the design team for marketing asset creation
Communicate and collaborate with multiple teams across Buying, Operations, and various local and regional marketing channels (paid channels, onsite, CRM, social media, PR, partnerships, SEO, etc.
as well as external stakeholders (brand and industry partners), to ensure effective multi-channel campaign execution
Business development for ZALORA Advertising Platform (ZAP) to brand partners to improve brand marketing exposure and performance, while achieving advertising revenue targets
Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for major brand launches and celebrity designer collaborations
Keep abreast of industry and competitive trends to identify and develop innovative marketing campaigns
Manage and continuously innovate on ZALORAâ€™s premium subscription service to enhance the value proposition for customers
Bachelorâ€™s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or equivalent
3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in campaign management. Experience in managing a team will be a plus
Impeccable communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Good analytical and problem-solving skills with a creative flair
Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint
A discerning eye for fashion and design
Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines while being meticulous and detail-oriented
Want to gain hands-on experience with customer analytics and behavior, as well as online marketing and web development strategies
