Job Description

  • Reports and recommends to General Manager work-related issues concerning Sales & Marketing Department;
  • Review and Analyze manpower allocation through effective monitoring of headcount per store & per brand and manpower costing;
  • Processes received promo personnel request promptly in accordance to the established recruitment procedures (end-to-end recruitment process);
  • Prepares memorandums to all concerned department related to Sales Operations;
  • Monitoring of employees attendance;
  • Monitors & Evaluates Sales Promodisers / employee’s monthly performance;
  • Update and Prepares employee’s job description;
  • Monitors newly hired office Sales Personnel evaluation;
  • Computes Sales Promodisers / employee’s monthly incentives;
  • Monitors & Issues Disciplinary Actions;
  • Process & Conducts Investigation on incident reports;
  • Conducts Training to all employees from Sales & Marketing Department and Sales Promodisers;
  • Conducts Subcontractors Evaluation for Annual Renewal of Contract (Labor law compliance);
  • Responsible for creation and implementation of organizational processes;
  • Responsible for counterchecking all expenses from Sales & Marketing Department (Sales Promodisers payroll, SIL, transportation / meal allowances);
  • Coordinates with manpower agencies accredited for this Company regarding manpower requirements and other work-related issues (i.
  • e. Attendance, Work Ethics, Performance Appraisal Report, Work schedule etc.)

  • Strong analytical and planning skills
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Experience and Knowledge in Retail Industry is a plus
  • Can work with minimum supervision
  • Can work under pressure
