  • Perform outbound physician office / facilities scheduling to retrieve medical records for various purposes such as Medical Record Review and Medical Abstraction.??
  • Take in calls; resolve / assist concern; transfer calls if needed??
  • Handles all LIDs that have invoices (whether with copy service or direct to facility); coordinate with the POC of the office / CMG / Research - handles large chart volume and LID or merged LIDs;
  • directly coordinates with POC of the office;
  • Handles all LIDs that has or needs MRT scheduling; validates if all steps are correctly done to schedule a technician for an on-site visit;
  • cancels / deletes appointments if needed; directly coordinates with on-shore MRT lead for available MRTs??

  • At least 2 Years in College
  • At least 6 months of experience in Inbound / Outbound / Customer Service / Back Office in a BPO setting
  • Above average communication skills
  • Must be willing to report on site
