All Hires Promo

1. All new hires from October 18 December 15, 2021 in all NCR sites of SITEL will be eligible to join the raffle.

2. New hire should complete at least 30 days of employment with SITEL starting day 1 of training

3. Three (3) raffle draws will be scheduled to identify winners of iPhone 13, iPad Pro and MacBook Pro

4. Raffle draws will happen via Facebook live through SITEL official Facebook Page

Tech & Premium Account Promo

1. All new hires profiled to any of our *Technical & Premium Account from October 18 December 15, 2021 in all NCR sites will take home a brand new electric scooters

2. New hire should complete at least 30 days of employment with SITEL starting day 1 of training

a. Premium Accounts will be identified by the recruiter and informed to the applicant during final interview

Tech Referrals (SITEL Employees only)

1. Open to all SITEL NCR employees

2. Successful referrals should be hired to any of technical programs from Oct. 18 Dec.15

3. One (1) successful referral will be equivalent to one (1) raffle entry

4. Two (2) winners will be drawn for the prize raffle of one (1) Xbox Series X and one (1) PlayStation 5

5. Raffle date will be announced by RMS team once validation of successful referees and referrals has been completed (Target Date : December 20, 2021)

6. Successful referrals or new hires should complete 30 days of employment with SITEL starting Day 1 of training
