Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent.
Minimum of 1 year work experience as IT Helpdesk Support, Technical Support, or equivalent.
Experience in Computer troubleshooting or desktop support is a must
Knowledgeable in the different Windows Operating Systems (Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7,8 10), Microsoft Office
Basic knowledge in the different software, PC technical system and Networking
Knowledgeable in Ticketing System and Active Directory.
Good English Communication Skills.
Regular Day shift (Monday Friday, 8-5)
Willing to work in Makati City or BGC.
Can start ASAP.
