The Role :
As part of 3M’s global eTransformation initiative, the Asia Digital Resource Team has an exciting opportunity for a 3m.com .
You will provide innovative solutions in deploying, maintaining and enhancing our digital platforms. A focus of your role is on managing the deployment & enhancing 3m.
com throughout the Asia region by adopting a Customer First mentality to ensure new experiences meet business requirements.
Specifically, you will :
Work with business and be responsible for the processes, governance & execution pertaining to deployment & enhancement of 3M’s online presence, 3m.com.
Be the point of contact for business teams for their 3m.com deployment needs.
Understand the business requirements and translate them into 3M.com solutions, as well as ensure that the customer conversion funnel is being built and tracked
Project management and implementation of 3m.com to ensure timely completion of all projects and ensure business requirements are met for all Asia subsidiaries.
Champion the 3m.com deployment process and ensure countries marketers are aligned to the process and can adhere to timelines.
Ensure that country marketers understand every step of the process, the timeline, their inputs, time and effort commitment, and what is required to deploy 3m.com.
Suggest improvements to the deployment process to increase efficiency and productivity.
Report on Asia 3m.com deployment status & effectiveness in market.
Collaborate with the Digitization team to ensure the deployment of product catalog, accompanying the launch of 3M.com sites.
Prioritize digitization and web maintenance requests, while facilitating execution through IT teams
Be the point of contact for all other maintenance requests on the 3m.com platform.
You will be successful by :
Leading processes through your website development experience and technical expertise, team-work and project management skills.
Understanding 3M’s technology systems, architecture and available solutions that support product data and digital information for internal and external use.
Providing comprehensive consulting to business teams, as it relates to enhancing 3m.com and other priority platforms, with customer-first mindset.
Establishing objectives and metrics and transparency in results.
Communicating with multiple stakeholders on key learning, project statuses and results.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
3 or more years of hands-on experience in managing the development, maintenance, and / or programming of websites and other digital assets & programs
Ability to understand technical design features and technical architecture as it relates to website and content development
Ability to review web analytics and the relate to the build on each webpage and activity
Experience with Adobe Acrobat, Excel, PowerPoint, Word (Photoshop, HTML, and CSS experience is a plus)
Project management experience with demonstrated ability to prioritize work independently and manage multiple tasks (PMP certification is a plus)
Experience in driving operational excellence with multi-functional teams
Passion for improving own knowledge and skills and maintaining up-to-date web technology knowledge
Exceptional interpersonal skills with proven success building relationships across all levels, internally and externally, including influencing senior decision makers
Excellent analytical, written and oral communication skills in English
Proficiency in an Asian language is a plus (Thai, Vietnamese, Bahasa)
