Position : Mandarin Service Desk

Schedule : Shifting

Days off : 2 days off

Time of Work : 5 days a week

REQUIREMENTS :

  • Preferably Bachelor’s degree graduate
  • Has work experience in a BPO for 6 months and above
  • Can speak, read and write and conversational to business level
  • Willing to work in Makati
  • DUTIES :

  • Answer and resolve customer inquiries via chat, email and / or phone
  • Analyze, diagnose and troubleshoot technical support requests.
  • Provide timely resolution to customers experiencing common technical issues.
  • Build sustainable relationships with customers
