If so, this Category Trade Marketing Manager role could be an exciting opportunity to explore.

As a Category Trade Marketing Manager, you will support the delivery of our brand sales while you develop and implement a best in class, high-impact, and multi-channel shopper plans aligned to the category.

You will also translate brand and retailer objectives and strategies into clear retailer specific activation plans.

This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following :

Support the delivery of brand sales, share, profit and gross margin percentages in selected categories

Utilize and deploy (with maximum effect) global shopper toolkits to create high impact brand presence in relevant shopper touchpoints within the region

Create cost effective, high impact shopper presence across Grocery and Pharmacy in regions where Global shopper toolkits are not suitable for local activation

Support shopper, category, and retailer research on key shopper campaigns through the analysis of insights

Create powerful relationships with National Accounts to optimize the most impactful and effective shopper solutions including face-to-face customer meetings

Bring strong regional insight as well as retail, category and shopper needs into competitor activity to ensure global and area toolkits are maximized in their effectiveness

Perform as a shopper lead throughout the commercial planning process to ensure the shopper voice is at the heart of the brand and customer plans

Evaluate shopper / retailer activation to ensure the business is spending money efficiently while continually improving and delivering Return on Investment (ROI)

Manage the shopper budget, monthly forecasting, and the phasing of spend

Why you?

Basic Qualifications :

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals :

Associate degree

Shopper marketing experience including deploying successful toolkits

Experience creating and executing shopper activations and working with external creative agencies

Project Management experience

Preferred Qualifications :

If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus :

Bachelor’s degree

Ability to drive passion and energy when leading projects and working within teams

Experience working cross functionally

Sound data analysis and commercial understanding
