  • Responds to client calls for onsite and / or remote support for installations, removals, upgrades, modifications, troubleshooting, and security to resolve equipment problemsÂ
  • Perform and implement technical judgements, advice and recommendations to improve the client equipment environment and to correct a current issue or prevent future incidentsÂ
  • Assist in various infrastructure activities and / or projects if necessary (i.e. infrastructure installations, network cabling activities, etc.)Â
  • QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's / College Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology, Electronics and Communications Engineering, or equivalentÂ
  • At least 1-2 years of working experience in BRC (Business Recovery Center) / Data Center, or related field is required for this positionÂ
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze technical problems through investigation and troubleshooting skillsÂ
  • Proven high degree of problem solving abilityÂ
  • Must demonstrate effective English communication skills and the capability of delivering technical solutions to customersÂ
  • Must have client management skillsÂ
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Carmona Cavite, AND Makati CityÂ
