Plans, organize and control activities of MPC that will support target revenue.
1.Manages the order management in assigned factory and ensure that new orders must be acknowledge. 2.Ensures 100% On Time Delivery based on commitments.
3.Initiate action plan for the coming month and establish action plans together with the Master Planners and Operations Support to achieve annual revenue targets.
4.Constantly communicate with main stakeholders from Finance, Operations, Program Management, Sales, Business Management and Supply Chain any pertinent information of issues and to recommend necessary requirements to related impacts.
5.Engage customers for a strong relationship and more progressive and by providing timely feedback and significant responses to issue
1. Graduate of any Engineering or Business related course
2. At least 4 years supervisory experience in any related field
3. Knowledge in Master Production Schedule
4. Oracle background an advantage
