We are looking for an experienced

Technical Solutions Lead

to assist our Australian client grow their business, providing a range of IT consultancy services such as - IT infrastructure, network engineering, and technical support services.

W orking closely with the Owner / Founder, y ou will have the opportunity to grow professionally in a family-oriented culture.

In your role, you will be responsible for converting client requirements into a technical solution that is functional, operational, and meeting all compliance requirements.

This includes performing due diligence, design development, and systems implementations from all technical aspects including the triage of technical issues.

As the Team Lead, you will manage a Development Team providing

project management, technical and design guidance, and prioritization of works.

Responsibilities :

  • Work with Clients to analyze functional needs, recommend effective solutions and prepare technical specifications that align with business / IT strategies and agreed system features and requirements;
  • Test and remediate issues found during development in accordance with accepted quality control practices;
  • Provide technical expertise and insight related to design development to Development Team;
  • Provide ongoing continuous delivery enhancements and user experience as defined by Clients; and
  • Lead the engagement & collaboration with the Development Team on business requirement, analysis, design, development, and testing of the applications in support of business solutions.
  • Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or other IT-related courses;
  • At least 5 years of experience in leading a technical team;
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Azure, Office365 and 3CX;
  • Experience in software development, solution delivery life-cycle and advanced analysis & design;
  • Excellent communication skills and documentation experience, with an emphasis on explaining business / project requirements to customers and development team;
  • Proven ability to effectively manage timelines and deliverables;
  • 2 year experience working with hybrid model (onsite / offshore) and in both collaborative and independent work environments ;
  • Experience in managing projects in Agile / Scrum Environment;
  • Problem solving and troubleshooting skills with eye for details;
