Job Description Responsibilities Evaluates and monitors status of multiple projects in terms of physical and financial accomplishments.

Reviews and recommends action on requests for changes in plans initiated by the project team. Assists in the settlement of conflicts between the project team, sub-contractors and the client.

During the planning and construction stage, establish the project schedule and budget. Initiates value engineering. Assists in the selection of consultants, contractors and suppliers.

Certifies conformity of project with the plans and specifications. Requirements : Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree (Civil Engineering, Architecture or equivalent).

Professional License. At least 15 years experience in the related field is required for this position. At least 5 years experience as a Senior Project Manager.
