A Visual Storyteller
You will join LawAdvisor’s design team, responsible for visually communicating our brand ethos and highlighting our out-of-the-box approach to building and communicating why our products represent best in class.
We are not a law firm and therefore not bound to the dry and routine law firm marketing that plagues the industry : we are transforming the legal industry not only via revolutionary technology, but doing so in a way that visually delights and attracts the next generation of tech enabled lawyers and law firms.
It’s in your hands to own, understand and lead LawAdvisor’s creative direction. It is your mission to create memorable moments whenever our clients come across our brand across our websites, social media and promotional material.
Be our brand champion : a thorough understanding of our products enables you to communicate the key messages, set against the parameters of ensuring the messages are client-focused, while respecting and further developing our brand identity.
Understand business goals and can conceptualise creative ways to implement marketing initiatives across multiple channels and platforms.
Create compelling assets : landing pages, brand guidelines, logos, email designs, promotional materials, company merch, social media content, pitch decks, whitepapers, and case study design.
Contribute to the brand direction of LawAdvisor’s products.
Analyse and maximise : keeping a meticulous eye on the numbers, you ensure that every initiative, interaction, and approach can be measured and is optimised for future activities.
Continuously improve existing landing pages, and marketing materials.
Facilitate research sessions to test experiments and effectivity of your work.
Be ubiquitous : working both autonomously and collaboratively, you help spearhead all aspects of marketing ranging from creating, maintaining and elevating landing pages to compelling slide decks to educational content for internal and external use.
You Should Have
A portfolio that works to showcase previous designs and your scope of experience in marketing and creative designs.
5 + years of experience as a Marketing or Creative Designer, another similar role, or previous experience creating distinguished designs for products from ideation to production.
Highest standards in delivering, and communicating a well-defined brand
A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Design, or another related field.
Experience in A / B testing and obsessed with constantly iterating your designs to ensure it attracts your desired audience.
Experience creating authentic and appealing experiences for clients ranging from advertising campaigns to product graphics and components of brand storytelling.
Superlative writing and storytelling, especially in communicating design decisions / directions.
A strong left and right brain : you have an enterprising mindset but also prioritise effectiveness and are glued to analytics and learnings to ensure each initiative is better than your last.
A love for learning : you understand that nothing is new’ and you can draw creative inspiration from compelling campaigns that have succeeded in times past.
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator.
Experience using Figma or Sketch
Experience in prototyping designs
Experience in conducting design research activities to test and refine your work
Previous experience in a startup environment.
Experience working with a remote team.
Experience working in the legal services industry.
Experience in leading a team of brand / creative designers
