EH s is looking for a Supply Chain Operations Associate to join our growing team. You will be responsible for
proactively processing purchasing orders and sales orders in an efficient and error-free manner. The Supply
Chain Admin Support will help communicate with our 3PL warehouses in Asia and US and is expected to build
strong working relationships with them. You will also be supporting any ad hock sourcing projects. You must
be willing to work hard, learn quickly, be responsible and tackle challenges in a calm and effective manner.
What You’ll Do:
1. Support wholesale order fulfilment by manually entering and generating accurate sales orders into
TradeGecko, create commercial invoice and packing list and ensure 3PL have all required information to
process orders on time and accurately
2. Support Shopify Sales by manually inputting any Asia Pacific based Shopify orders into our 3PL
warehouse systems accurately and email our 3PL account managers to make sure orders are received
3. Receive 3PL information and input all shipping and tracking information back into our systems and excel
4. Help sourcing manager to coordinate purchasing orders and help follow up on logistics and delivery
with freight forwarder to have iems sent to manufactuerer or 3PL warehouses
5. Work with Sales Manager and Production Manager with any supply chain and sourcing needs.

1. Superior communication skills are required for frequent interaction with Managers.
2. Detailed oriented, organized and ability to work autonomously with a heavy workload and meet
3. Ability to establish and maintain effective interpersonal working relationships with internal/external
suppliers and fellow team members at all levels.
1. Receive PDF orders from Sales team (10+ orders a month) and log into Trade Gecko to create Sales
Orders, commercial invoice and draft packing list in Trade Gecko
2. Input order into 3PL systems, obtain packing dimension and size and add information to finalize
3. Check Shopify for Asia and Australia orders (5-10 / day) and Input orders into 3PL Systems, receive
shipping confirmation fro 3PL via email, then input tracking information back to Shopify
4. Check with 3PL teams from time to time to make sure orders are being fulfilled
5. Coordinate logistics of purchase orders with production manager
8am-12pm Mondays to Fridays/4 hours working per day.
