Key Accountabilities :

Support communication between business and analytics as well as business implementation of analytics solutions - Input into the approach and Owns and manages assigned tasks.
Develops and implements ad-hoc and business analytics and reporting on projects of moderate scope
Own business requirement collection and review for selection of analytics solutions
Works on problems of moderate scope / complexity where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors
Strong ability to identify business opportunities for revenue generation, efficiency improvement in business operations / process and business insights extraction by leveraging analytics.
Provides analysis on complex business needs / requirements and identify potential analytics solutions or insights needed.

Effectively communicate analytics insights and solutions to business and facilitate / drive the execution / implementation
Job Requirements :
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in quantitative discipline with 2 years of applicable experience or a combination of education and experience
Working knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau, QlikView, PowerBI
Applied understanding of data transformation to support BI Reporting
Has intimate understanding of the business value chain and customer lifecycle for the projects they are supporting. Has fundamental understanding of the business as a whole.
Understands company culture, cooperation & information sharing within the company

Establishes an internal network and leverages the network of more senior business analysts
May begin to develop an external network.
Basic understanding of different techniques and knowledge of statistical and machine learning algorithms. Basic knowledge of AI toolkits.

Knows how their project supports broader business strategy, including the core drivers of business value
Communicates results of work of moderate complexity to business partners and recommends solutions to senior team members
Must have :
1-3 years of hands-on digital analytics experience (marketing, ecommerce a definite advantage)
Experience with data visualization & SQL data curation (PowerBI, Cliq, Tableau, etc)
Experience with one of the major Digital Analytics platforms such as Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics or DoubleClick
Understanding of digital marketing channels & metrics
Can deliver storyline with various datasets & insights
Job Requirements :
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in quantitative discipline
2-3 years experience in digital marketing, ecommerce, research preferred
Ability to learn new concepts, software applications and reporting consoles quickly
Analytical, strategic thinking
Creative (design thinking orientation preferred)
Good project planning skills and with a well organised approach to deliverables
Excellent English (Native or Strong Fluency)
