Job Description
Assists the Design Manager in all project requirements.
Aligns with consultants and colleagues in other business units; reviews and comments on submitted documentation and specifications.
Reviews and secures complete documents for all drawing and documentation phases.
Prepares the Minutes of the Meeting of the Project Technical Group.
Ensures that consultants are properly informed of permit forms, drawing and specification requirements to be submitted
Oversees the work of assigned consultants following set deliverables and deadlines.
Handles the documentation of design issues.
Receives archives and distributes documents relative to the project, closely coordinating with documents control.
Initiates documentation organization to ensure consistency and accuracy of information.
Accomplishes AutoCAD and rendered drawings as required.
Liaises with specialist consultants, suppliers to obtain design information.
Initiates plans of actions on anticipated issues and potential problems.
Studies and recommends potential value engineering items.
Performs other duties and functions as may be assigned.
Minimum Qualification
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's / College Degree in Architecture / Interior Design or equivalent.
A Professional license in Architecture or Interior design is a must.
With at least two (3) years experience in high-rise projects.
Proficient in AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, Sketch-up, Corel or other graphics design software required. Preferably with experience in Design management for high-end mixed-use developments.
Experience with a real estate developer is an advantage.
