    We are looking for an HRIS Shared Services Advocate to join our Ridiculously good People Group!

    What you'll do :

    You will provide Global Production support to the HR Operations Team and other stakeholders, including researching and resolving HCM process and data issues.

    You will drive Drive operational performance and service excellence within the HR Shared Service function, and identify areas for improvement.

    Maintain and protect confidential data with great discretion. You will provide advice and support to our stakeholders from pre-employment through to offboarding.

    You will ensure employee data is up to date, accurate and compliant within our HR systems. You will also generate different employee information reports necessary for audit purposes.

    You will liaise effectively and collaboratively with end users and IT Functional Support to gather business requirements and ensure that new functionality is implemented accurately in the HRIS System.

    You will work with IT to ensure new functionality and system updates are fully tested before release to Production. You will work with our TaskUs HRIS team members from different regions to ensure alignment across our offices as well as to share best practices.

    Lastly, you are responsible for delivering ad hoc tasks deemed necessary by the business.

    What we're looking for :

    Well since this is a Human Resources Informations Systems Advocate post, we need someone who has experience in Multi Country Support and relevant experience with Workday HR systems and in HR functions such as compensation, employee relations, benefits , etc.

    Someone who has a strong understanding of various business systems and processes. We also need someone with outstanding attention to detail, analytical and organisational skills.

    Someone who is able to work collaboratively with various stakeholders to get things done, and maintain employee confidentiality, data integrity and security.

    Someone who is also proficient in MS Excel or google Sheet and amenable to work on shifting schedules.
