The candidate :

  • Graduate of any 4-year Bachelor’s Degree course
  • At least 3-5 years of vendor master management, accounts payable processing or payment processing
  • Technical Skills :

  • Strong PC skills with the advance knowledge in Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to learn new technologies and tools quickly and work effectively in a changing environment.
  • Soft skills :

  • Work involves occasional non-routine assignments and judgment in the selection of standard procedures from among several that apply to the job is a must;
  • includes organizing work and selecting appropriate methods to complete tasks

  • Produces written communication containing all relevant information, clearly expressed reasoning and recommended actions or next steps to produce results
  • Able to perform effectively in a team environment
  • Good verbal and written communications skills are required
  • Excellent phone etiquette skills are preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills are required
  • Attention to details and accuracy are critical in completing tasks
  • Excellent organizational, planning, prioritization and follow up skills
  • Good organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks
  • Effective coping skills and an outward positive attitude toward work and change
  • Must be able to multi-task and work independently in a fast paced environment
  • Flexibility to shift schedules
