•Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Business or any related field.

•Must possess good verbal and written communication skills.

•At least 1 year experience working in Office Administration and Travel Specialist.

•Must be pleasant and have the ability to work well with senior level executives, different staff levels and house keeping staff.

•Well-organized and proactive.

•Willing to work in RBC, Ortigas


•Serve as general administrative support and travel specialist

•Provide day to day admin assistance to Officers, Managers, and Executives - calendar meetings and prepare logistic support for meetings, take the lead in organizing client visits to Pointwest, travel arrangements, compose correspondence to clients / third parties as needed.

•Process domestic and international travel booking requests

•Process and coordinate with travel agencies for Visa Applications for various operational and management needs.

•Coordinate with and assist executives

•Support meetings ensuring that needed materials are prepared (such as documents, equipment, food, etc).

•Act as back up front office staff if needed
