REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS :
â¢Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Business or any related field.
â¢Must possess good verbal and written communication skills.
â¢At least 1 year experience working in Office Administration and Travel Specialist.
â¢Must be pleasant and have the ability to work well with senior level executives, different staff levels and house keeping staff.
â¢Well-organized and proactive.
â¢Willing to work in RBC, Ortigas
â¢Serve as general administrative support and travel specialist
â¢Provide day to day admin assistance to Officers, Managers, and Executives - calendar meetings and prepare logistic support for meetings, take the lead in organizing client visits to Pointwest, travel arrangements, compose correspondence to clients / third parties as needed.
â¢Process domestic and international travel booking requests
â¢Process and coordinate with travel agencies for Visa Applications for various operational and management needs.
â¢Coordinate with and assist executives
â¢Support meetings ensuring that needed materials are prepared (such as documents, equipment, food, etc).
â¢Act as back up front office staff if needed
