Data Integrity and Remediation Analyst.
We have an exciting opportunity for a Counterparty Lifecycle Management Data Integrity and Remediation Analyst for a Manila based role.
The successful candidate will join a diverse team that performs KYC and static data remediation and performs data quality clean ups.
Candidates are expected to consistently display high achievement drive, be highly adaptable to changes on a daily basis and display high levels of resilience.
Your responsibilities include : analysing and resolving data and KYC exceptions based off multiple systems. Work closely with different members / parts of the Counterparty Lifecycle Management function.
Performing static data entry to multiple systems. Following daily / weekly priorities and adhering to set deadlines Maintain relationships with global, front office and compliance teams.
Undertake client life-cycle related tasks.

You must excel in all 3 qualities. Experience in KYC onboarding / refresh / remediation process knowledge of AML regulatory requirements and Instrument Static, Client and Legal Entity Data.
Minimum 1 year experience in the financial industry and strong verbal and written English communication skills. Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage priorities.
Strong attention to detail and consistency. Able to work independently with minimal supervision. Able to analyse through complex data problems and come up with solutions.
Able to work through urgencies and meet strict deadlines. At least with intermediate Microsoft Excel skills. Enjoys working in a team environment.
Flexibility to work on different shifts (including night-shift work) and public holidays as necessary
