Shopper Field Marketing (SFM) Area Manager
As an SFM Area Manager, you will be responsible for overall individual and team competency development of the Shopper Field Marketing General Trade Team assigned within the area, ensuring compliance to JTI standards.
You are the Shopper Field Marketing lead in the assigned area.
WHAT WILL YOU DO :
Act as the overall lead for channel health and development within an assigned area ensuring that programs are aligned with company strategy.
Look at cross-zonal trends and synergies to identify the appropriate program together with the SFM Zone Managers.
Lead the development, implementation and review of area programs for both the short-term and long-term ensuring growth of the JTI portfolio in terms of distribution, market dominance, expansion, consumer preference, profitability and overall execution.
Manage the framework of the relationship between JTI and the trade within the assigned area by developing and implementing strategic business building programs to enhance equity, consumer loyalty, company image, trade partnership, accelerate trade development and growth of long-term sustainability and profitability.
YOU ARE / HAVE :
At least 11 years’ experience in Sales, Trade / Channel Marketing or Marketing that includes on ground Field Sales experience from an FMCG company.
At least 3 years’ experience as a people manager.
Ability to engage with different stakeholders from all position levels
Experienced with trade & channel development strategy and plan formulation
Skilled in data gathering, insighting and analysis, and budget management
Good communication skills - Oral and Written (English, Filipino)
Winning attitude and hunger for success in your assigned area of business
Adept with MS Office (Word, Excel & Powerpoint)
