    Key responsibilities areas :

  • You will diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware problems and help our customers install applications and programs.
  • Technical Support Engineer responsibilities include resolving network issues, configuring operating systems and using remote desktop connections to provide immediate support.
  • Key skills :

  • Excellent Command of the English Language (both Oral and Written)
  • A team player but can also work with minimal supervision
  • Prior support desk or customer support experience
  • Knowledgeable in HTML and WordPress
  • Knowledge of DKIM SPF, SMTP servers IP delisting
  • Other Technical Skills (Adobe Photoshop, autoresponders, Bootstrap etc..)
  • Familiarity with funnels, autoresponders, webinars, and membership courses
  • Knowledgeable in internet marketing
  • Drive to succeed and grow with the company
