We are seeking highly skilled, adaptable, and reliable Sales and Marketing Manager. Must be familiar with Digital Marketing or SEO services.

This person is responsible in developing sales and marketing plan for the entire Sales Team. Will work closely with the social media, SEO, Content, Web Design, and PPC Managers.

Acquire, handle, and prospect sales to include campaign planning, launch execution, optimization and recap with sales and other internal groups and support teams for key clients.

  • Establish regular contact with customers to ensure their needs are met, work with client’s Sales Planner in measuring progress and proactively address issues and develop solutions;
  • Liaise with internal groups as needed to troubleshoot and deliver solutions to clients; Up-sell and renew existing campaigns / clients, with new, innovative, on-strategy ideas that focus on retention and growing business;
  • Manage client relationships and client satisfaction, including determining client goals, deliverables, approvals, and asset management in order to achieve best results and campaign success;
  • Handle financial accounts such as billing, reports and invoices for fees and expenses related to sales contracts;Other Key ResponsibilitiesAchieve growth and hit sales targets of the Sales Team.

    Design and implement strategic sales plan that can expand company’s customer base.Sales Performance Coaching and Account Management.

    Conduct weekly / monthly Sales Meeting.Present monthly sale reports and marketing insights.Schedule and conduct regular client meeting (online via Zoom or Skype).

    Conduct market research and identify new opportunities.Gather and analyze consumer behavior data (e.g. web traffic and rankings).

    Generate reports on marketing and sales metrics.Contribute to collaborative efforts and organize promotional events.Coordinate with the marketing design and content teams to generate digital and print advertising material.

    Maintain and update impeccable records of marketing metrics and results of past campaigns.Prepare and deliver regular sales forecasting reports.

    Monitor and report competitors’ marketing and sales activities.
