Reporting to : P&C Rewards Operations Manager

Role : 3 months Fixed Term Contract

WHAT THIS POSITION IS ABOUT - PURPOSE

The position will be in charge of the administration of the company's programs in the areas of Compensation and Benefits (C&B).

The incumbent is responsible in providing efficient & effective support in the day-to-day activities of C&B for his assigned area / s.

WHAT WILL YOU DO - RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Benefits - Process and administer both statutory and company employee benefits and claims (including but not limited to SSS Loans / Sickness / Maternity claims, ECC claims, Philhealth Cert, HDMF loans, HMO availment, etc.
  • Liaise with government agencies on updates and concerns pertaining to mandated benefits.

  • C&B Administration - Provide back-up support to the Rewards Team in responding to various employee queries on benefits eligibility & availment.
  • Manage various tasks and projects as they arise and upon the team’s request.
  • WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR - REQUIREMENTS :

  • Bachelor of Science-Psychology, Industrial Engineering, Commerce, or related field.
  • Minimum (3) years’ experience in Human Resources specializing in Compensation and Benefits.
  • Fluency in Filipino and English; MS Office applications - MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word
