Job Description

Duties & responsibilities :

Compliance :

  • Taxation- ensure timely and accurate submission and payment of tax returns
  • Renewal of all annual permits : business permits, PEZA permit to operate, mechanical, electrical, electronics permits
  • Compliance of all PEZA regular reportorial submission and any adhoc PEZA reports
  • Request Letters of Authority from PEZA for all activity that require approval from PEZA
  • Compliance of all required SEC statutory reporting
  • Front external audits : BIR, local government, PEZA Serve as the Data Privacy Officer as required by National Privacy Office Coordinate all importation to PEZA, Bureau of Customs, broker and bank
  • Financial & management accounting

  • Review of balance sheet accounts
  • Establish and monitor implementation of accounting control procedures
  • Management support on budget and forecast activities
  • Financial audit preparation and coordinate audit process
  • Draft annual Financial Statements and its disclosures
  • Ensure accurate and appropriate recording and analysis of revenues and expenses
  • Implement and maintain internal control procedures
  • Corporate Secretarial - coordinate with head office on board meetings and resolutions
  • Develop, maintain and analyze budgets, prepare periodic reports and compare budgeted costs to actual costs
  • Prepare operational budgets.
