About the Role

Runs day to day operations for the Treasury Management. Has management, leadership and strategic responsibilities for a small to medium unit of nonexempt and / or exempt staff.

Works independently with considerable latitude, managing various production initiatives and projects requiring coordination of resources, budgets and deadlines.

Manages supervisors and Team Members to ensure effective delivery of services.

Responsibilities

  • Managing different 3 or more processes in Treasury
  • Directing team members; working directly with clients, sales teams, relationship managers, and operations managers to ensure exceptional enrollment processes and service delivery
  • Providing input to senior management on strategies for business, product, and customer service needs
  • Overseeing team recruitment, training, and development
  • Defining and implementing policy and procedures
  • Utilizes creative problem solving to generate solutions and direction for the group
  • Involved and participates in project transitions
  • Works closely with business partners to closely monitor and track volume, team performance and analyze trends
  • Create reports for tracking and analysis
  • Market Skills and Certifications

    Qualifications :

  • Graduate of a Bachelor’s Degree
  • Background in Treasury management services and products
  • Experience with people management, risk and quality control
  • Has demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills
  • Must have created and rolled out a project
  • 4 years overall Financial and customer service experience with 1 year managerial experience
  • Relevant experience in the financial / BPO industry
