Job Qualifications Primary Function :
The Inventory Analyst is responsible for the monitoring and controlling of materials, work-in process and finished products.
Duties and Responsibilities :
1.Monitor all incoming and outgoing RMPM transactions and FG. Conducts daily reconciliation of transaction and ending balance per item.
2.Conduct daily monitoring or RMPM and FG inventory and compare actual inventory to the system.
3.Consolidate and tabulate monthly inventory count, and analyze inventory variances and investigate reasons of the exceptions if there is any.
4.Conducts periodic physical inventory count of all the items and reconciles with actual stock on-hand figures indicated in the Inventory Report.
5.Coordination with PPIC on the critical products and assurance on the availability of the RMPM and for them to identify priorities.
6.Validates cycle counts from the shop floor data with the system balance to ensure accuracy of data.
7.Informs the Warehouse Supervisor on all matters affecting operations.
8.Ensures consistent implementation of company rules and regulations, SOPs and guidelines and good warehouse practices and administers necessary disciplinary actions for non-compliance.
9.Performs other functions as may be assigned by superior from time to time.
At least 2 years relevant work experience in food manufacturing industry or warehouse
