Responsibilities
Supervise the reporting and analytics team responsible for data collection, analysis, and insights generation
Improve and simplify the process of data collection, insights generation and visualization using Azure Analytics, and other emerging reporting tools
Engage business stakeholders to identify reporting and analytics needs, and produce dashboards and insights that illustrate actionable improvement opportunities
Support, monitor, measure & report on improvements, optimization using data-driven insights
Collaborate with IT to ensure proper infrastructure set-up, maintenance, and archiving of data
Qualifications
3+ years experience in Azure and Analytics
3+ years experience directing a team of reporting and data analysts
Expert on SQL data warehouse
Advanced skills within Microsoft Excel including VBA, Macro
Understanding of software and database systems and ability to automate reporting
Detail-oriented and significant knowledge of accounting procedures and reporting practices
Experience in RPA and ServiceNow reporting
Experience in S4 / HANA
Experience in BI
Experience in
Experience in SAC
Experience in Continuous Improvement / Lean Six Sigma
Competencies
Academic degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business Administration or similar
Good verbal and written communication skills with the ability to summarize and present complex data in an organized, concise manner
Advanced innovative and conceptualized thinking
Solid problem-solving skills and encourage to always automate manual tasks
