OnlineFactory.asia is looking for Japanese speaking CSR. Positions open for both Filipino bilingual applicants and native Japanese .

It is an inbound voice account for an International famous fashion e-commerce client.

Join our team as Japanese CSR :

  • Main task is to answer call, email & chat of the customers’ queries of an International famous fashion e-commerce client.
  • Give the best support to the customers that will lead to sales
  • Solve tricky and hard cases by collaborating with the team members
  • Being proactive in providing feedback for product & service improvement
  • Maintaining the integrity and ensure to be compliant with the processes
  • What we are looking for :

  • Candidate must have good command of English Language.
  • Fluent in Japanese (N2 or if not a certificate holder, N2 level)
  • Preferably someone who has experience working as a Customer Support representative for at least 3 months in a BPO company
  • Candidate should be amenable to work on-site (located in San Andres Bukid Manila close to PNR San Andres station)
  • Experience in using Zendesk is a plus but is not required.
