Summary :

We’re seeking an IVR, User Acceptance Testing Specialist tosupport the continued Transformation of our Global IVRapplication , based in our Muñoz, Quezon City office.

In this role,you will be responsible for supporting the User Acceptance Testing Leads,conducting end-to-end testing for the Global IVR Application to deliver on a promise to Transform our Global IVR systemsinto a modernized platform that will dramatically increase the business valueof the service while dramatically improving our caller experience.

Your role will include building and executing test cases, creatingtest data, developing process mapping and maintaining documentation whileworking closely with the IVR UAT Leads, Business Analysts, SME’s, ProductOwners, Vendors and other stakeholders to ensure that a flawless solution isdelivered.

  • Ability to synthesize contents of a User Story to Develop and Execute manual and automated test cases
  • Actively contribute to regular problem solving and agile backlog grooming and sprint planning sessions
  • Create test data, test cases, and related business process flows
  • Must be a problem solver and be comfortable troubleshooting problems
  • Plan, manage and monitor your work from conceptualization through implementation
  • Assist with the preparation of a variety of reports e.g. status reports, risk assessment reports and other management reports
  • What you will need to succeed :

  • At least 3 years of system testing or equivalent work experience
  • Exceptionallyorganized and detail oriented with the ability to achieve goals amid limitedsupervision
  • Abilityto thrive in a dynamic and demanding work environment
  • Outstandingwritten and verbal communication skills
  • Experienceworking with diverse, global teams across multiple time zones
  • Enjoy collaborating with coworkers to develop solutions and establish a sense of trust and respect

  • This role requires the ability to worka flexible schedule as needed, as coordination with teams in across the globe,in multiple time zones and ability to support deployments during the standardWU change windows of 8pm ET to 6am ET will be required.
  • What will make you stand out :

  • Priorexperience working with IVRs (Interactive Voice Response Systems), and / orequivalent experience with Telephone technologies, including call routing,skilling, KVPs, VRUs, ACDs, CTI.
  • Experience working with automated testing solutions or process automation
  • Experience working with WU MoneyTransfer products, Call Center Operations and related processes and businessfunctions willbe strongly considered
  • Bachelor'sDegree, a plus!
