Ensures that the performance of various technical and professional work is relevant to the thrust of the organizations. He / she manages the Human Resources and Organizational Development and is expected to work closely with the HROD personnel in monitoring that all projects and programs delegated to the HROD group are delivered on-
time, cost-effective, and are proactively communicated to all levels within the organization.
Educational and Professional Qualifications :
Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or equivalent.
Preferably with Post graduate studies in Management / Behavioral Science or any related field.
At least 5 Years of working experience as Manager in the related field
Must have at least two years of supervisory experience, with exposure in employee relations, policy making and organizational development.
Experience and Competency Requirements :
Knowledge of labor laws and HR policies and procedures
Knowledge of Organizational Development
Knowledge of Human Resource Management System
Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills
Ability to manage and foster teamwork
