  • At least 18 years of age- A Filipino citizen or hold relevant status - Must possess basic web navigation skills - With average communication skills -
  • Must be conversant, energetic and empathic, able to ask logical questions - Able to multi-task- Must have an ability to understand the customer’s needs.

  • Willing to start immediately- Preferably with 1-6 months call center experience, but not required as long as communication skills requirement is met.
  • Must be amenable to work on shifting schedules.- Must not have conflict of interest such as : Plans to study Plans to go abroad
