As part of our growth, your tasks will be :

  • Support of current CTI / Telephony environmet
  • Provide consultation to business departments about current features of the VOIP systems (Genesys)
  • Cooperate with business process team to prepare business requirements
  • Analyze business requirements from Call-center point of view
  • Manage development / setup of new features
  • Responsibility to manage call center infrastructure
  • Proactively come with improvements
  • Responsibility to provide disaster recovery plan and it’s regular testing
  • Translations of business requirements into technical documents that can serve as guides for the software developers
  • You know you are the perfect fit if you have / are :

  • English language (both written and spoken)
  • Knowledge of CTI / Telephony infrastructure / processes (Gateways, GSM, PBX, SIP, ISDN E1)
  • Operational experience with Genesys callcenter system
  • Knowledge of Genesys application like Routing, Reporting, SIP server, OCS
  • Knowledge other autodialing system is considered a plus
  • Working knowledge of SQL
  • Working experience in Linux based systems (basics)
  • Good knowledge of analytical methods for software development
