Global Intercompany is primarily responsible for recording, analyzing and reconciling transactions between Henkel affiliates.
The team also monitor intercompany close and reporting processes. It has regular interface with corporate, regional, and out-sourced accounting teams.
What we offer
Responsible for the quality and timely postings of invoices.
S / he will ensure that no overdue accounts on the system.
Performs the daily and monthly Inter Company (IC) activities on Invoices Processing.
Coordination among Global Process Owners, Local, Regional Process Owners, and others shared service centers for several Intercompany related topics.
Who we are looking for
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Commerce, Accountancy, Economics, or equivalent.
At least one (1) year of experience in Intercompany accounting.
Knowledge of SAP and MS Office tools will be an advantage.
Must have Problem Solving, Decision Making Skills and Presentation skills.
Willing to work on mid-shift.
