  • Responsibilities :

  • Responsible for the accurate payroll processing and control.
  • Employs payroll validation and headcount reconciliation during payroll processing.
  • Performs variance analysis for regular payroll and parallel runs.
  • Answers employee pay queries.
  • Determines and drives payroll-related process improvement initiatives.
  • Liaises with third party payroll vendor and ensures quality and accuracy of payroll processing.
  • Assisting with the over-all administration of payroll.
  • Coordinates with Finance and HR teams to guarantee efficient payroll process flow.
  • May need to oversee and check output of Payroll Specialist / s and Payroll Assistant / s.
  • Manage professional development of direct reports (if applicable).
  • Maintain HR compliance in accordance with the Arcadis Way and legislative requirements.
  • Complies with oneway.sys
  • Assist on benefits administration during non-payroll periods.
  • Propose and manage Payroll & Benefits projects & programs.
  • Qualifications, skills & experience :

  • Bachelor’s college degree in Psychology, Finance, Business, Statistics, Human Resource, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 Years of work experience in similar field in a BPO or Shared Services environment.
  • Expertise in Payroll Processing, Problem Solving including manual computation.
  • Preferably Experience in handling expat payroll with foreign currency component.
  • Good knowledge of Tax & compensation related laws and practices.
  • Experienced in tax annualization.
  • Excellent skills in Microsoft Applications particularly in Excel.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong quantitative, analytical and organizational skills.
