  • must be adept at creating a friendly and welcoming environment for both patrons and staff

    Technical skills computer literate

    Experiencemust have at least 3 years experience in handling restaurant operations in a hotel or resort

    Personality must be of good moral character

    Duties :

  • oversee the daily operations of restaurants, including the preparation and serving of meals and beverages;
  • in charge of ordering food and beverage stocks, budgeting and handling other administrative duties;
  • must lead a staff of waiters, cooks, receptionists and bartenders;
  • should also be physically fit and have the stamina necessary to stand and move around for long periods of time
