At least 3 years hands-on experience with building digital products and experiences â either as a UX designer or User Researcher.
Experience with applying HCD principles, conducting user interviews and usability tests, because you donât just design screens â
147; you talk with your users and spend time observing them.
You find it easy to talk with people, build a rapport with them, put them at ease and ask questions that uncover not just how people behave, but also why.
You are a self-starter and a genuinely curious person who would like to become one of the few User Research specialists in the Philippines and possibly lead your own small research team as the product grows.
UI Design experience and skills and would like to stay in touch with this expertise as well, you can â there will be plenty of opportunities to turn your insights into concepts and actual shipped features.
As part of our growth, your tasks will be :
Doing field observations, user interviews, usability tests and customer feedback analysis to collect insights about how our customers shop online and interact with our Marketplace platform.
Using data from surveys and studies done by our CustEx and Marketing team to get a complete picture of our customers.
You will get to explore and adapt both well-known and new user research methods to help the product team build intuition and empathy for our customers.
Through the research you will identify pain points we can address and then analyze and report if the changes we make have positive impact on our customer experience.
You will present and communicate your findings to the product team and throughout the company to help us build people-centered products with meaningful and delightful experiences.
