  • Perform sourcing activities post job ads in all career portals, join FB groups, share in social media accounts, publish internal job ads for referrals and internal applicants
  • Conduct initial screening for rank-and-file positions
  • Paper screen all application received in different sourcing channels
  • Contact the candidate for phone interview to determine if they meet the qualification for the post
  • Schedule the candidates, if needed, for additional assessment i.e. examination, practical assessment, hiring manager’s interview
  • Perform verbal offer and remind candidates on the completion of pre-employment requirements
  • Graduate of BS Psychology or any HR-related courses
  • Candidate must have at least 6 months experience in recruitment
  • Good communication skills both oral and written
  • Willing to work onsite - Makati CIty
  • Open for a project-based employment (6 months contract)
  • Can start immediately
