Perform sourcing activities post job ads in all career portals, join FB groups, share in social media accounts, publish internal job ads for referrals and internal applicants
Conduct initial screening for rank-and-file positions
Paper screen all application received in different sourcing channels
Contact the candidate for phone interview to determine if they meet the qualification for the post
Schedule the candidates, if needed, for additional assessment i.e. examination, practical assessment, hiring manager’s interview
Perform verbal offer and remind candidates on the completion of pre-employment requirements
Graduate of BS Psychology or any HR-related courses
Candidate must have at least 6 months experience in recruitment
Good communication skills both oral and written
Willing to work onsite - Makati CIty
Open for a project-based employment (6 months contract)
Can start immediately
