    Requirements :

    At least 2 years in college (any course, no back subjects)

    At least 1 year call center experience handling technical support

    Good communication skills

    Can handle advanced troubleshooting issues

    Basic computer and internet navigation skills

    Willing to work at BGC, Taguig

    Has NBI clearance, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and SSS documents
