About the role :
We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic SEO Manager to join our growing marketing team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of running SEO campaigns whether that is brand or agency side.
As an SEO Manager, you will strive to understand the business challenges that our audiences face and, based on this understanding, you will think of new ways to attract them to our websites.

Duties and Responsibilities
As an SEO Manager, your primary responsibility will be to drive organic traffic to three websites : .leadiro .internalresults and a new site .
replyforce. You will be responsible for all on-page and off-page SEO and execute the full link building strategy from conception to completion, but will also include :
Creation and ownership of the overall SEO strategies for our digital properties
Implementation of the SEO strategy working towards achieving KPI’s
Delivery of technical SEO, site audits, keyword research, competitor analysis, backlink analysis and more
Off-page link building
Generate high quality, relevant links and coverage for our sites.
Lead and influence the outreach approach
Be able to execute successful campaigns through link building tactics, SEO and Google trends. Staying abreast with developments in the SEO industry.
Ongoing monthly optimisation of SEO campaigns
Ongoing reporting to management
Ensuring individual KPIs are met each month
The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate the following :
At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering strong SEO results in competitive industries (in-house or agency)
Substantial experience in all aspects of SEO including technical, on-page and off-site elements
Substantial experience with technical SEO is highly desirable along with the usage of tools like Ahrefs, SEMRush or similar.
Proficiency in Google Analytics (GAIQ preferred)
Ability to analyse and improve results
Commercial awareness to drive businesses forwards
Experience of producing SEO forecasts is desirable
Excellent reporting skills with a proactive approach
A willingness to learn, research and use initiative
Excellent time management skills
Outstanding organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to prioritise
The ability to work independently and proactively
Excellent written and verbal communication and literacy skills
Perfect command of the English language
