JOB DESCRIPTION
As the Associate Managing Partner, you will lead the entire business unit and will be accountable for the day-to-day operations of team.
This involves supervision of an account management team and other key members from MWG’s shared resources. You will be responsible for over-all business leadership, championing internal and client relationships, delivering growth strategies, overseeing daily operations across all facets of the business.
WHAT’S EXPECTED OF YOU
Leadership in achieving the over-all business target for the Businesss Unit (BU) in partnership with the Managing Director / COO
Strong leadership skills to be able to develop internal and client relationships which will strengthen the value of BU’s offerings
Direct the team in the delivery of Digital and ATL campaigns.
Champions people management : skills development of the local team, inter-network team members and key partners; Inspire and challenge the team to deliver enhanced capabilities
Passion to achieve excellence in all facets of the business
Required Skills
Well versed in marketing and business operations
A strong creative eye to help raise the caliber of the team’s output
Experience in leading team of 10+people with diverse skills and expertise (accounts, production team, print studio team, creatives)
Highly optimistic and has demonstrated creativity in managing resources; important to be very resourceful
Strong client relationship
Must have strong entrepreneurial spirit; must be able to spot and seize both organic and new biz growth opportunities;
demonstrated upselling skills / strategies
Must be keen on details and prioritizes high quality of work despite volume
Required Experience
Extensive experience (at least 10-15 years of experience) in a fast-paced dynamic agency environment as a business lead or senior agency role
Experience in leading team of 7+ people with diverse skills and expertise (accounts, production team, print studio team, creatives)
Preferably with strong experience and knowledge on Digital
Experience in handling FMCG clients is an advantage
Well versed in marketing and business operations
