  • Minimum Qualifications and ExperienceBachelor’s Degree graduate preferably in Industrial Relations, Psychology, Human Resources or any related course;
  • With experience in the position or the industry;With excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills;
  • With strong leadership and motivational skills;Can work with minimum supervision Job DescriptionDuties / Responsibilities;
  • Prepares timekeeping report (bi-monthly); Prepares and processes payroll;Prepares annualization in coordination with Accounting Department;
  • Prepares of appointment papers such as NPA, lateral transfer, promotion, regularization etc.;Prepares summary & reports on Performance Appraisal Forms (PAF);
  • Monitors appointment papers, PAF and Contracts that are due to end / renew etc.;Prepares & process employee's final pay & quit claim including processing of certificates etc.

  • Process company-initiated benefits (Company loan, medical / medicine reimbursement, communication allowance, per diem, meal allowance, bereavement assistance, etc);
  • Process mandatory benefits (SSS Loan, SSS sickness benefit / maternity benefit, SSS / PHIC / HDMF certification, etc);Prepares prestige report & its reward to employeesPrepares of tardiness report and tardiness memo;
  • Participation in DOLE & other government institution for updates such as but not limited to SSS, Philhealth, HDMF etc.;Maintains proper documentation & filing of documents;
  • Maintains proper dissemination & evaluation of information;Assists in the facilitation of HR programs, events etcPresents reports & comprehensive studies re : COMPBENPerforms other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
