But we are just getting started! We have much room for improvement and many ideas that will further shape the industry.The Business Development Program Specialist 's main task is to ensure smooth day-to-day operations of business development and marketing projects under the Retail Team.

The Business Development Program Specialist will be working closely with different units of the organization such as sales, operations, finance, business intelligence, amongst others.

This role will require mostly project management, operational and marketing skills.

Responsibilities

  • Working closely with the Head of Retail to work on program details and supervise communication flow between internal and external personnel.
  • Increase retention rate through tactical programs designed to increase shipper satisfaction
  • Smooth and successful rollout of programs within timeline with improved program effectiveness
  • Conduct deep diving sessions with different sales teams to identify all engagement channels across different sales channels for each shipper segment.
  • Identify and assess the training needs of the retail partners through performance analysis, standard adherence, and consultation with the retail partners and franchisee.
  • Contribute to the formulation of trade promotions and activities and to the identification of opportunities to all channels.
  • Closely work with sales support teams in expanding program penetration in different sales channels.
  • Collect program feedback and evaluation to provide necessary reports for appropriate actions and or improvements.
  • Other tasks that may be assigned by the Head of Retail
  • Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree graduate of business management, marketing, or any related course
  • 1-3 years experience in business development or project management
  • Ability to engage at all levels of the organization, both internally and externally
  • Detail-oriented, adaptable and can work in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional fluency in local, and English language
  • Effective verbal communication, analytical and problem solving skills
  • Tech savvy & familiar with Microsoft Office & Google Suite applications; Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator knowledge is a plus
