Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's / College Degree , Computer Science / Information Technology, Engineering (Computer / Telecommunication), Science & Technology or equivalent.
At least 2 - 4 years working experience as L2 Support Network Engineer in a BPO industry
Knowledge of advanced networking / routing protocols and concepts
Knowledgeable in Servicenow Ticketing system
Knowledge of network administration principles.
Knowledge of project management practices.
Knowledge of OSI Model practices.
Knowledge of industry best practices related to routing, security, IDS / IPS, Sniffers, QOS, and ACLs
Experience configuring routing protocols and technologies such as BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, VPN, IPSEC, ICMP, NAT / PAT, and MPLS.
Knowledge of customer service principles and techniques.
Set-up and operate computer network hardware and software
Establish detailed written procedures for network admin
Amenable to shifting schedule
Excellent English Communication skills
