Job responsibilities
Deploying and inspecting IT network systems.
Overseeing the safe installation of hardware and cabling systems.
Monitoring the performance and capacity of computer systems and performing regular checks on the network hardware and software.
Responding to network alerts and hardware malfunctions.
Diagnosing and troubleshooting network errors.
Tracking and documenting network issues and compiling incident reports.
Managing system backups and network security protocols.
Has a Background as a NOC Engineer
Graduate of any IT Related field
at least 2 years in SDWAN, Cisco Routers, Switches and Firewalls Netgate Gateways, Network Technologies / Tools including : Solarwinds NPM and NCM, Microsoft Forefront UAG, Load Balancing / F5,IP Management and DNS Management
