We are looking for an Onboarding Senior Executive to join our Commercial Department. The identified candidate will work with new sellers / brands, onboarding them to ZALORA's platform.

Responsibilities :

Operates as business manager and Seller Center Super User

  • Responsible for onboarding new sellers / MP brand partners to the Seller Center platform, and for the smooth transition of a seller from acquisition phase to go-live on the website
  • Can speak knowledgeably about ZALORA'™s company profile, objectives, business models, best-in-class customer experience, seller strategies and market trends
  • Is a Seller Center Super User (master of the Marketplace Seller Center platform)
  • Acts as a bridge between the MP Acquisition Managers and MP Account Managers to push sellers to go live within the minimum lead time required and openly shares insights and feedback from sellers where opportunities exist
  • Works with the MP Account Managers through proper endorsement of onboarded sellers and completion of target SKU count at launch.
  • Demonstrates creative negotiation skills with suppliers / brands in order to achieve onboarding targets
  • Support seller's needs and identifies seller-related issues during onboarding phase and manage proper resolutions or process improvements
  • Conducts training sessions with newly acquired and existing sellers (re-training), creating transparency and educating sellers on ZALORA's requirements and standard procedures while reiterating the need for the highest level of customer experience possible
  • Engages in regular follow ups with sellers to allow for a smooth Onboarding process
  • Work closely with CS via Seller HelpDesk for any onboarding-related matters / tickets
  • Uses clear customer focus to identify opportunities for improvements / expansion to the customer experience with ZALORA
  • Creatively provides solutions to commercial and operational challenges with sellers
  • Responsible for the building and drives further improvement in continuously developing the onboarding program and seller training materials for seller training in consultation with the Commercial Head of Business Development
  • Responsible for updating and managing the onboarding pipeline and database throughout the seller onboarding journey
  • Monitor Seller Center development releases for new features and liaises with Product Managers and MP Account Managers whenever necessary to escalate any bugs and errors experienced by sellers and internal SC users
  • Identifies any arising Seller Center tech issues and escalate to product management team for further diagnosis and resolution
  • Coordinates with sellers on Zalora content / production services (ZPS). Coordinates ZPS with sellers and production team from request to live
  • Monitors and meets Onboarding KPIs. Any risk to KPI or OKR achievement should be raised to the Head of Business Development in a timely manner
  • Demonstrates strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
  • Develops and executes the Onboarding strategy :

  • Is fully aware of legal due diligence requirements and gathers seller requirements in order to support completion for "Go-Live"
  • Ensures seller / brand clearly understands the entire Marketplace process and how to use the Seller Center platform, and obtains the supplier's input where appropriate
  • Adheres to divisional strategies to ensure cohesive statement is maintained and that ZALORA is represented as an online fashion and lifestyle destination
  • Together with the Commercial Director and Business Development team, builds and develops onboarding strategies in order to reduce onboarding lead time and speed up go-live
