About the Role

The Operations Supervisor 2 is responsible for supporting Team Members who supports internal and external customers by providing a complex variety of support services in account management, operations, documentation and customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze business issues to create operational efficiencies, quality and compliance; analyzing and resolving complex operational, systems-
  • related and / or customer issues; preparing weekly / monthly performance trends and analysis; call monitoring for quality and compliance;
  • assisting with special projects relating to process improvements.

  • Provide guidance to lower level staff.
  • Responsible for supervising workflow and quality of representatives, overseeing resolution to complex calls, working with management team to identify problems and improve interactions with people or customers.
  • Market Skills and Certifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • At least 2 years of experience in the same capacity
  • At least 2 years of BPO experience handling a financial line of business
  • Amenable to work on night shift and shifting schedules
  • Amenable to be assigned in McKinley Hill, Taguig City
