We are looking for a passionate Lead Generation Executive to support the creation of a Business Development team based in Manila.

We are looking for a hardworking, self motivated and confident team member with a strong academic background and excellent communication skills to join our ever expanding Global Lead Generation team.

This role will be the first Lead Gen hire into our Manila office so has the opportunity to make their mark on this new and exciting team.

Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential. Having an excellent phone manner is a necessity. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to work well under pressure and be confident communicating externally and internally with team members and management.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to

Pitching all products that are on offer for VV based products worldwide by telephone. You will be generating leads, cold calling, to keeping a record in our CRM system (Salesforce) whilst always improving relationships with clients.

  • Experience with Salesforce
  • Previous experience in a B2B Sales position
  • Knowledge / experience of the maritime sector
