The Demo Excellence organization is responsible for assisting the pre-sales team win new business by designing, creating and deploying industry specific demonstration solutions across all NetSuite products, verticals and geographies. As an individual contributor to this team you will add value throughout the demo build process in the areas of gathering requirements, solution mapping, feature configuration, testing and documenting business flows.

We are currently hiring for someone who will focus on our nonprofit vertical. The ideal candidate must have a strong understanding of donor management, grants management, fund accounting and budgetary control and other areas related to nonprofit. Moderate ERP knowledge is also required including experience with CRM and financial applications. You will use this knowledge and experience to configure and tailor NetSuite’s ERP to help the sales team demonstrate the best capabilities and business case for companies in the nonprofit vertical.

  • Responsible for the implementation and documentation of industry leading demo accounts built on the NetSuite platform
  • Responsible for general release maintenance including creation of new demo scenarios, content and scripts that correspond to specific industry demo needs
  • Provide 2nd level support to internal customers for any demo related issues and/or enhancements
  • Keen understanding of sales cycle, strategic product messaging and competitive intelligence, to effectively produce demo assets and position NetSuite as solution of choice
  • Collaborate closely with the pre-sales community, product management, marketing and support to win new business
  • Provide input and guidance to other cross-functional departments pertaining to prospect requests and product enhancements as needed
  • Mastery of NetSuite’s cutting-edge products to leverage in demo asset creation
  • Minimum Qualifications:

  • BA / BS / MBA in Accounting or Finance or equivalent applicable work experience
  • 5-7 years’ experience in one or more of the following: NetSuite, Intacct, QuickBooks, Blackbaud, Microsoft, Workday, Salesforce or other nonprofit software
  • Deep product knowledge in the following areas:
  • Financial management
  • Donor management
  • Grants management
  • Fund accounting & budgetary control
  • Other areas: fundraising, program management, membership management
  • Ability to assimilate complex concepts and clearly articulate business solutions
  • Ability to work and communicate well with various stakeholders from cross departmental teams and leadership
  • Ability to partner well with teams and drive projects forward is essential to the success of this role
  • Other Desired Qualifications

  • CPA or public accounting experience
  • Product knowledge with enterprise applications software company with the following modules:
  • CRM: sales force and marketing automation
  • Technical: cloud architecture, master data, integration, EDI, ETL, application customization, application security, workflow/business process management
  • Proven track record of commitment to customer success, delivering innovation,
  • Software sales demonstration development experience
  • Solid presentation and interpersonal skills
