Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO)
An ambitious and exciting new B2C Operator in Asia are looking for someone to set up and run their HR function in Manila.
What do you need to get this job :
5 years of progressive leadership experience in Human Resources positions, preferably a minimum of 3 years in senior / executive leadership in Corporate HR office
In-depth knowledge of all HR functions
Good understanding of labor legislation in Asian region (Thailand, Philippines, Cambodia, Taiwan, Singapore, etc.)
Excellent leadership abilities
Strong written and verbal English language communication skills. Knowledge Chinese / Korean / Cambodian / Vietnamese / Indonesian / Thai languages is a big plus
What will be you doing?
Define strategic goals and department priorities. Successfully execute on goals and deliverables.
Crafting talent acquisition strategies to build strong pipelines for future hiring needs
Determine and recommend employee relations practices necessary to establish a positive employer-employee relationship and promote a high level of employee engagement and productivity.
Conduct training needs assessment, develop and deliver training programs and in accordance with adult learning theories and related best practices, utilising various training modalities.
Set recruitment strategies, including effective mix of sources to maintain pipeline of qualified candidates. Participate in recruitment & selection process for senior and executive staff.
Manages employee communication and feedback through such avenues as organisation meetings, suggestion programs, employee engagement surveys.
